Earth Darlings is the name that was given to a constantly evolving body of work, hand-crafted in the Sunshine Coast Australia by Madeline King (BA Visual Arts - Ceramics USQ).
Each ceramic piece echoes the stories of its origin.
To hold, Earth Darlings Ceramics are curious; smooth in places and textured in others. They are a play on the textures and motifs found in nature; smooth pebbles and spiky plants. To look at, they are expressive and mysterious. They hold personality and authenticity. To use, they are practical and thought provoking.
